Dove Mountain Grill prides itself on supporting our local farmers . We use only the freshest locally grown produce available and all of our pasta is hand rolled and cut in house. House-infused oils are served with freshly grilled flat bread as a starter for diners. We use only fish that is sustainable and make our own desserts. Dove Mountain Grill's wine list offers an ever-changing selection of distinctly diversified wines representing the great wine producing regions of the world. With 20 wines by the glass and 45 - 50 by the bottle, there is something for every palate. Beer lovers will want to sample from the Sommeliers Beer list, and there are always great signature cocktails on the bar menu. Meanwhile, the tasting room will be open Friday's or otherwise by appointment. If you stop by Vintabla and no one is around, just walk right next door to the Dove Mountain Grill and we will be happy to assist you!
